Excluded

  • Parking is $10 payable by posted app, or the Harbor Tavern restaurant validates with purchase.

  • Absolutely no tanning oils (stains the deck) and no spray-on sunscreen after boarding.

  • Towels or warm clothing, snorkel/swim gear, and water toys are not included but absolutely allowed.

  • Breakable glass is not permitted (thin wine glasses). Beer or wine bottles are allowed. Drink Responsibly.

Maximum capacity is 6 passengers total, including children 3 years and younger. If you have a heartbeat and will wear a lifejacket during an emergency, you count as a passenger! Maximum capacity is 6 passengers total, including children 3 years and younger. If you have a heartbeat and will wear a lifejacket during an emergency, you count as a passenger! All passengers must remain on board for the entire duration of the cruise unless otherwise instructed by the Captain. Life jackets are provided for emergency use only and are not required to be worn while underway. Small children's life jackets may be provided any time, just ask your mate. Breakable glass is not permitted (thin wine glasses). Beer or wine bottles are allowed. Drink Responsibly. Passengers are welcome to bring their own alcohol, but they must consume Responsibly. Underage drinking, belligerence, and other risky behaviors will cause the charter to return to the dock with no refund. Passengers already intoxicated will not be permitted onboard. The Captain has the authority to cancel any trip at any time. Service Animals trained to perform a specific task related to their owner’s disability are welcome aboard. Emotional support and companion animals are not considered Service Animals and will not be permitted onboard. Passengers are responsible for the service animal’s care. We strongly encourage you to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure due to risk of slow traffic, limited parking, and walk time to our dock. Please do not forget to tip your crew! 20% is customary, anything more is Complimentary! Finally, our General Safety Policies are in place to protect all passengers and crew members.
